Delivery Cut Off Times
The deadline for orders to be despatched for delivery the following working day is 4.00PM. This deadline may not apply if we are unusually busy, if your order is unusually large or the carriers vehicle has reached their weight limit.
Delivery Restrictions
There are a small number of postcodes, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale and cannot offer premium delivery options.
BT, IV, KW, PH, IM, AB10 - AB56, G63 - G84, LA15 – LA23, HS1 – HS9, PH1 – PH50, PA20 – PA88, PO30 - PO41, CA18 – CA27, DD1 – DD11, DG3 – DG9, KA27 - KA28, TR21 – TR25, FK18 – FK21, ZE1 – ZE3
These areas above will also incur additional carriage charges from £20 (2-3 day service)
