Product Availability Update

Many global supply chains continue to experience large scale disruptions. We are working closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure you can get the materials you need. Our current product range and stock availability is accurate and up to date. We recognise, due to exceptional high demand, our delivery times have been longer than usual and that a small number of products may not be available but please be reassured that we are doing all that we can to provide you with the product you need as quickly as possible.
COVID–19 Update

As restrictions ease across the UK, our distribution centre has returned to full staffing levels. We have implemented strict safety measures and adapted our operation to allow full social distancing at all times. The measures are a combination of official guidance and our own actions, which allows employees to go beyond what the Government recommends. Our trade counter will reopen for Click & Collect orders shortly. In the meantime, you can place your order online for delivery as normal.
Delivery Update

We are working hard to deliver your goods within 24/48 hours, but due to high demand there may be some delays. For any orders less than two days over your delivery date, please use your tracking number in the despatch email to track your parcel online. Geographical restrictions still apply. For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, The Isle Of Man and certain mainland post codes the delivery service is currently between 48-72 hours.
